Flower: If you are a fan of variegated plumerias, Jade Dragon Variegated by Nui is a must have!!! 2"-3" flowers opening from dark pink buds have white petals kissed with a grainy raspberry pink band along the back edge and a beautiful yellow orange center. The dark raspberry pink band on the petals underside really shows itself off and is quite striking. Its' showy variegated foliage is a standout in any plumeria collection!!!
