We warranty our plants for 30 days proceeding your purchase from the point of shipping. If you should happen to receive a plant that does not perform well and dies, you may request a refund or replacement (if stock is available) within 30 days of the initial shipping date. The original plant and tagging must be clearly photographed (both sides and in color please) and emailed to us at [email protected] before a refund or replacement is issued. If you desire a refund, once we receive the photographs of the plant and verify this is in fact the plant we sent to you, you will be reimbursed for the purchase price. If a replacement is desired and in stock, B and B Exotics Plumeria will cover the shipping cost of the new plant. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
